We talked about the false belief systems that support our decisions on day to day basis and today let’s talk about why your beliefs and values determine what we will be willing to do in our business.
One big mistake WE experts often make is trying to apply what WE believe and value most as OTHERS standard for success.
Don’t forget that your beliefs and values determine what you will be willing to do in your business “how and when you will do it” Your beliefs and values control the amount of time and resources you commit to working “on yourself and in your business”

Your beliefs and values will also dictate “the time it will take to achieve success” as you define it. What is success to you “because our beliefs and values have control over what we think or do”.
The core of your beliefs and values have to be in place because they are driving you… There is a prize to pay and you may have to change your ideas and thoughts and beliefs in order to succeed.
The first and most important belief to master is that you are in business and you must become a professional in order to succeed.
Even though we use automation to do the Recruiting - Training - Leadership - Creating duplication - Transferring skills and knowledge but… at the core, your beliefs and values go with you wherever you go.
So you need to know what REALLY you stand first. People can immediately tell if you really believe in your products and services. Your language concerning money, selling, willingness to prioritize activities, and reschedule projects to allow business building time and resources will entice or repel your prospects and team.
Your beliefs and values also uncover your determination to overcome obstacles that might slow you down, as well as your willingness to grow and become all that you were intended to become.
Beliefs like: Personal Integrity
Selling vs sharing — You are an online messenger, nothing more… you are not the message. The more effective at spreading the good news about your MLM products/opportunity, the more others can take advantage of them along with you.
How do you view money — Resource
How do you value people — Your beliefs about people show up in every interaction with your prospects / team members. They’ve joined your team, subscribed to your list, they read your blog and listen to you on stage—they’re hearing from you all the time. They want to see some sort of value in return for the time they are spending with you. And they want to get value as THEY define it.
People knows if you care about them or not or if you care about their achievements or not. Do you look at people for your next meal ticket or do you look at people with challenges that you have a solution for. Beware your prospect will know your intention.
You are what people buy into – You are the center of their decision to engage or not and you need to become the kind of person others can have confidence in and will follow your advice… because you are the “way show-er”.
If you choose your ideal associate correctly and be willing to serve, teach and train for free they will know how much you care about them.
View of work – What is success to you because our beliefs and values have control over what we think or do. So take care of your business and your business will take care of you. Use your time wisely and create balance. Bring your beliefs and values in harmony by creating the success you desire — Make a plan for it. The rewards we gain is in direct proportion to who we have become along the journey that we walk…
Be in business on purpose and keep your purpose in plain view
Look at what works and what does not work and make change when needed.
The MLM industry allows you the time and resources to achieve your greater causes and higher purposes that your core beliefs and values drive you to.
Become the person you want to share with your audience and communicate it with them. It will allows you to attract people anywhere you want. It doesn’t matter where you show up, people will be draw to you.
This concept can mean the difference between making one thousand dollars a month and making ten thousand a month.
