Now that you’ve helped people to see the vision of where you are taking them, the next goal is to get them to identify with your movement. People need to be able to identify with who they are in your group, or— there will be no connection with you and the other members.
People want to identify with that name, and it became part of who they are. They change rank and they get a trophy and eventually as they move forward and attend the company convention, they get tee-shirt, bags, notebooks and so on…
Every person who joined their company, get a website with all the trainings they want or need… they feel like part of a community, and they don’t want to miss out on being part of the tribe they just have joined.
That was when I started to realize the power of helping people identify with a movement. When someone joins you, they need to be able to identify by saying:

The top producers in MLM don't make a list of 200 people, don't do home meetings or anything like that. They use something equivalent of a sales funnels.
