They begging to be led by someone who they trust and who has their best interests at heart. I think there's a lot of truth to that. Very often we rely on external influences to guide our behavior.
How to become a leader and an influencer in your MLM industry?
There is no secret recipe to becoming a successful entrepreneur. First you need to be someone who’s comfortable sharing your talents, ideas, unique abilities with your audience. You don’t need to be perfect… just be yourself.
Your entrepreneurial journey is going to be one big learning curve. You’re going to make mistakes but don’t forget to turn your setbacks into opportunities in order to strengthen your business and yourself.

An entrepreneur is someone who comes up with ideas, products or services to solve problems for their target audience. The path of entrepreneurship is an individual path while you need to constantly be learning and improving yourselves.
The key is to understand that the people will follow you because you have completed the journey they are on right now and they want the result you have already achieved. They want to become like you. The gap between where they see themselves and where they see you, is what moves them to action and helps them to make the necessary changes.
Once you start to become aware of the power you have inside of you… Then be willing to get vulnerable and share those differences…
WHY? Because that will inspire your audience more than anything you could ever say. Sometimes it’s scary to become vulnerable and share your backstories, but it’s the KEY to becoming a leader that will inspire people to change.
Remember that a ‘wow’ experience is ten times more memorable and will encourage more customers than an average experience.
That is why vulnerability is one of your most powerful weapon. You will gain more people’s trust and loyalty.
People respect those leaders when they demonstrate their vulnerability. Leadership vulnerability drives the courage to being authentic and exposing ourselves for who we are and what we genuinely think and feel.
That vulnerability takes courage on your part. So many leaders have been conditioned to believe that vulnerability is a weakness. Actually, what it does is strengthens relationships.
As an entrepreneur, if you feel like you’re spinning your wheels or feeling like you’re stuck then, sit down and think about what makes you different…
Write down your struggles and start becoming aware of who you are and what makes you different and unique… and share those struggles with your audience.
So how are you going to be more vulnerable to strengthen your relationships?
-Stop pretending that you know everything
-Be willing to be challenged and learn
-Be humble enough to admit your flaws and failures
-Be willing to experiment
-Be comfortable with failure
-Lead with purpose
Overall, it is clear that vulnerability is an invaluable asset to our MLM business. By understanding how it works and how to use it as a tool, you can experience success while forming more meaningful connections with your customers.
