One of the most overlooked aspects of running a successful business is the lack of systems. A business system is nothing more than documented processes and procedures that allow your business to run without you.
One of the most successful company that utilize systems is Apple computers. They have managed to run a successful and profitable business for more than 45 years because of the fantastic business systems that were put in place. Their operations manual covers everything from hiring to product delivery to customer interaction.

Why you need to implement systems for your MLM business?
Because you don’t want to be one of those people who have no time to work ON their business because they are too busy working IN their business.
They can’t take time away from the business because they haven’t taken the time to develop documented systems and processes.
You can often see how a successful business is run based on the network marketer’s mindset. If they have a system mindset their business growth and scaling is almost always present. If you understand the value of having systems in place, you will have more time to do what you love while your MLM business runs itself.
When you have effective systems, your business relies less on your mind to execute the day to day tasks. It allows you to focus on doing other thing. And when you’re focused on doing your thing, business growth is much more likely to actually happen.
If there are a lack of systems in your business, your schedule is likely hectic. You need to carve out some time for you to focus on getting a few systems in place.
Why… because people always interrupt us and pull us away from what we’re focusing on. Start bringing systems into your business and block off time in your schedule to focus on building a solid foundation.
First you want to create a list and write down in order to capture everything that you do in your business. Once you have your list, review and ask yourself which one can you document and systematize immediately on autopilot.
When you have determined which systems your business needs, the key is to follow it. Systems give your business the ability to expand and grow. You can easily replicate your business in other areas without re-inventing the wheel every time.
This will improve your efficiency and reduces any lost time and revenue.
It might feel overwhelming to figure out what is a good starting point. The key is bite-size steps… start with systems that can be easily implemented with higher impact.
An example can be your email system. You can quickly add autoresponders by creating emails to introduce the compensation plan or how to use the product. Keep in mind this system will need to constantly be refined, tweaked, and improved.
Remember the key to success is consistency. Don’t rush to implement improper systems that don’t align with your MLM business goals.
Use a software that deals with every aspect of your network marketing business from downline management to training and much more. And all of that is done on automation. You can boost your profits and easily handle all MLM related activities. Attract new customers and convert prospects and sell your products better than anyone else in your company.
You want a system that would work 24/7, even while you sleep or go away on vacation. The whole idea is not to sell people, chase people, bug everyone you meet.
And if you are like me who hate— rejection, hype, and pressure… then if that’s you, built a system that eliminates all of that. I also have no desire to go to meetings or meet with people face-to-face.
