There are a few pain points that affect pretty much anyone:

-Better relationship
-Investment and wealth

If you can find a way to help people in these areas within your MLM niche, you’ve on the right path. Because they’re known as EVERGREEN – They’re always relevant because people will always be looking for solutions to these problems.

Before we talk about where to find these people, you want to keep track of all your own pain points. This is the easiest and possibly most overlooked way to discover what your audience pain points are.

When it comes to pain points, you have to ask yourself “how much am I willing to pay to resolve this pain?” If you think about how many people there are in the world, it’s safe to say that someone else is wondering the same things you are. If you’ve struggled with it, someone else is as well.

It’s pretty easy to find problems that you can solve for your audience, once you know where to look.

1- Look in comment sections. You can check out the comment sections in spaces that are relevant to your niche. Many bloggers will ask their audience to let them know in the comments if they have any questions – and that can give you a great insight into what kind of things people in your niche are looking for and want to know.

2- Look at forums and groups. Forums and Groups are an excellent resource for finding out what your target audience wants. Join social media groups and online forums that are specific to your niche. Find out what people are talking about, what they are saying and what they want to know. Then start building some ideas about what is missing in your niche and what is popular.

3- Just ask. Just asking your target audience is the easiest way to find out what they want. You can go on forums, discussion websites, LinkedIn groups or on social media comment sections and ask people in your target audience what kind of problems they wish they had solutions to.

4- Look at reviews. One of the best ways to see what your target audience feels is missing or struggles with is reading reviews. Good reviews will show you what you should aspire to, but BAD reviews will show you what your audience feels they are not getting.

5- Look at Social Media. Social Media is one of the most powerful tools to find out what your audience’s pain points and interests are. People are usually really vocal on social media about what they wish they had and want to see more of (especially in the comments sections). It’s also a great way to ask about the kind of things they are struggling with or interested in learning about.

Identifying your customer pain points and offer them a range of solutions and benefits from your MLM product. You will attract new customers who are tired of dealing with the pains and frustrations they are experiencing. You will be able to convince previous or one-time customers to come back to buy from you again by letting them know how you’ve improved.
