Giving the user what they want, even before they realize it, can help solve a lot of issues. It’s all about the type of audience that you are interacting with and the likelihood that they will buy your MLM products or services.

It makes sense that a happy customer is much more likely to buy from you than someone that has never heard about your business before.

Imagine if you had a shop on the street corner and a regular customer came through the door. You would have to spend less time and effort to get them to buy from you than someone that visits your shop for the first time.

The same is true for online sales. You have to take into consideration different knowledge levels the website visitors have of your products or services.

So, in order to get the most out of people who visit your site, you need to apply some marketing tactics specific to each visitor’s type. The website visitors that have never heard about your brand before. They have no previous interactions so they still don’t have any knowledge about your MLM products or opportunity.

They most likely landed on your website while doing research on a specific problem or need that they have but may not even be looking for a solution yet. If you try to sell to them right away, you’re going to have a hard time converting them. The good news is that this is the biggest audience you can target because there are a lot more people that don’t know about you than the one who do!

So how you can communicate differently with each type of visitor?

First you have to figure out where your prospect is:

Product Aware -- Desire Aware -- Problem Aware

If the prospects are not yet aware of what they really seek, but are concerned with the general problem, your headline should starts with the problem and crystallizes it into a specific need. Get into their inbox and start to get them to opt in to your email list. The best way to do this is with a lead magnet – a free and relevant offer in the form of a guide, checklist, MLM industry report. Once in their inbox, you can deliver relevant content, be helpful and earn their trust until they warm up.

If the audience knows about your products and likes what you do. They’ve shown some interest in your product but aren’t quite ready to buy from you yet. They need a bit of convincing that your products is trustworthy and that they’ll get the most value for their money by doing business with you vs. your competitors.

If your prospects are aware of your product and has realized that it can satisfy their desire, your headline starts with the product.

If the audience is made up of people who already know who you are. They’re on your email list, they subscribe to your podcast, they read your blog—you have an established relationship with them. These people who have shown serious interest in buying and need just a little a push in the right direction to make a decision.

Each group needs special treatment and individualized communication. Each needs to come across a different marketing bridge to arrive at your landing page.

That means you will need three different landing pages to get them to your site.

So you will need to set-up your pre-frame bridge. Whatever MLM product/service you’re selling, it’s critical that you match your message to the type of people you are talking to and their knowledge about your business. This awareness will help you determine the kind of bridge required to take them to the landing page.
