Help Them Break Their 4-Minute Mile. I’m sure most of you are familiar with the story of Roger Bannister who broke the 4-minute mile on May 6, 1954. Prior to that, everyone thought it was IMPOSSIBLE and after Roger broke it, proving it was POSSIBLE, many people since then have been able to do it.
