The buyer’s journey is similar to the customer’s journey but there are some key points that set them apart. There is a big difference between the two and they each require distinct focus and attention.

As a network marketer you need to understand the difference between the two. The main difference in both journeys is by nurturing them with a different objective in mind. The end result is to differentiate the two journeys.

The buyer’s journey is the process they go through to evaluate, learn and purchase your MLM products or services.

And the customer journey is the process of nurturing existing customers retention of their subscription as a member or customer.

First: So what is the buyer’s journey?

The buyer journey is nothing more that a series of questions that you as an entrepreneur have to answered.Whenever someone buy your products or services they go through the buyer’s journey.

That journey may or may not be a conscious one, but either way the result are a bunch of external and internal factors all working to move them along a route— a route that ends with their buying decision. It means the buyer’s journey stages describe the path along which people move towards buying.

Understand the buyer’s journey is how you can insert your products as the solution to your customer’s needs at the every step of the process. It’s an opportunity to be an obvious solutions, even when customers are not sure they need one yet.

It’s your job as network marketer to be able to provide ANSWERS with something useful at every step of the journey. It’s the key to success.
Being able to provide that solutions is what will give you an edge in your MLM business from all other competitors.

1.The engagement stage: Their journey are broken into the awareness stage when the person notices the problem or need..

2.The consideration stage: This is when they understand the problem and they are now researching various options to solve it.

3.The sales stage: They are ready to make the purchase.

Second: What is the customer’s journey?

The customer’s journey starts from the point of sale. One cannot be a customer unless they have experience the buyer’s journey. Every customer is a buyer but not every buyer is a customer.

At that point you’re no more making the buyer aware of their problems or educate them about how the product can solve their issues.

The goal of the customer journey is to strengthen their beliefs about the brand loyalty of the products. And to improve their experience as a customer so you can build trust and relationships with existing customers.

By focusing on creating content marketing that influence repeat buyers and customers loyalty. You want to make the customer aware of the benefits of long term use of the product… These current customers already trust your brand so it’s easier to make them repeat customers.

Customers retention are vital parts of a business growth and success.

By doing so you will get a better chance at keeping them for a longer time and they are becoming loyal customers. The main focus of the customer journey is to maximize “The customer Lifetime Value” which we recently talked about.

The bottom line is in either the buyer journey or the customer journey is to keep them both at the core. A buyer’s journey leads to making a purchase and the customer journey is the one that continues purchasing or become an associate.

The end goal is to improve customer and associate loyalty and retention.
